Inspection and Expectation

With the close of another year upon us, here are some questions to help guide you through to the next portal in your life. There is an old adage that goes: “You get what you inspect, not what you expect”. Although I believe that’s true, I do think it’s possible to get what you expect when you consistently inspect your life, work, values etc. These questions are geared to assist in that process.

Upon inspection, what areas of your life needs most attention in 2012? Social? Moral? Ethical? Spiritual? Recreational? Familial?

Upon expectation, what do you intend to do about it?

Upon inspection, how have you allowed your heart, mind, values, beliefs to be shaped?

Upon expectation, what will you do to shape your heart, mind, values, beliefs next year?

Upon inspection, what areas of life have been shattered, broken and become refuse that God can use to build a foundation?

Upon expectation, will you let God use them to help you and others thrive?
