Quiet Time

We don’t get to pick and choose whom we serve or how. As a Christ-follower, we are to be like God, loving all of His creation…all His children. In a world of “likes” and “dislikes”, it’s easy to follow my natural inclination and do good to those that I like and not to care about those I do not like. This is not godly. We are called to have community with all of those who are in the family of God and extend that same love beyond the family to those who are on the “ outside” looking in. God desires for all people to know and sense His love for them and He chooses to use His people as the way to demonstrate that love. This only happens through supernatural transformation within. No one has the power to convey God’s love but God. I am simply a conduit through which that happens.
